Basketball Development Academy (BDA) is a nonprofit youth development organization organized and operated exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. BDA serves boys and girls ages 9–18 by using organized basketball as a vehicle to promote positive youth development, academic responsibility, leadership, and life skills.
BDA provides a structured, supervised environment where student-athletes receive instruction in athletic fundamentals, character development, teamwork, discipline, and accountability. The organization is committed to equitable access and ensures that financial hardship does not prevent participation in its programs.

Contributions to BDA directly support program-related expenses, including facility rental, equipment, uniforms, coaching and training costs, tournament participation, travel, and need-based financial assistance for eligible families. All donations are used solely to further the organization’s exempt purpose and are managed in accordance with nonprofit governance and financial oversight standards.
Basketball Development Academy (BDA) is recognized as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. No goods or services were provided in exchange for this contribution. By supporting BDA, donors help strengthen youth, families, and communities while investing in the development of future leaders.
